I’d say I was a little bit of both.

Learning how to surf and becoming Yoga teacher.

Optimism and confidence in giving everything my best.

Close between Sharks and Spiders.

My OCD.

My Mum.
What in your life are you most grateful for?
Being a human being capable of being a positive influence on other peoples lives.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Tomorrow is never guaranteed so don’t waste your moment today.
What in your life do you take for granted?
How lucky we are to be here.
What do you value most in a friendship?
Honesty and respect.
What makes you angry?
Seeing people litter, be mean to animals and eating with you mouth open.
What does self-care look like for you?
Taking time out to be with yourself in nature, a movement and breath-work practice to nourish, connect and find calm.
When did you last cry in front of someone else?
Yesterday.
Who’s the wisest person you know?
I’m so lucky to have so many wise teachers around me.
What’s the biggest disappointment you bounced back from?
My professional Rugby career ending after being told I was not going to be able to play again… but I came back stronger than ever.
